Maisy needs a loving carer
We are looking for a single kind, loving person (ladies only) to look after Maisy for 2 months - May & June 2013. Maisy has been with us for 2 years and is a rescue cat with a lovely nature. She is allowed out during the day but needs to come in when you go out - usually easily achieved by rattling the biscuit barrel! she loves to explore the garden and climb the trees. she also likes to watch TV on your lap. My Property We live in a 2 bedroom 1930s semi in Sydney's inner west. It's on a friendly street situated on a ridge overlooking a golf course. The house is very comfortable and in excellent condition. There is gas underfloor heating and ducted air-conditioning with a newly renovated kitchen and dining/living area leading to a deck. The back garden is filled with native shrubs and mature trees and there is a small front garden. Both gardens are low maintenance and will only need watering if the weather is dry. Broadband is available.
What to do in and around Marrickville/Dulwich Hill The nearest train station is Dulwich Hill which is 10-15 mins walk and there are 2 bus routes 5 minutes walk away. There are a few local shops near the station and a Woolworth's and many shops, cafes, restaurants a short bus/car ride away in Marrickville. By train it is 15 minutes to Central Station and 25 to Circular Quay. By road it is 75 minutes to the Blue Mountains and the eastern suburbs beaches can be reached by changing trains 2 stops from our local railway station. At the bottom of our hill is the golf course and the Cooks river cycleway and park area.
Additional Info we have been on holiday 3 times this year and have been very lucky to have found 2 brilliant sitters who covered those breaks. Unfortunately they are not available to look after Maisy next year. We are very concerned that she have the best care and attention while we are away for such a long time.
