Live the Pura Vida near Lake Arenal
Comfortable large home and yard at the edge of a small village with two low maintenance dogs who are quite friendly.
Walk one block to the bus stop, a great hamburger joint, and 2 pulperias (neighborhood stores), and only 2 blocks to the best restaurant in the area.
View the lake from the veranda while sipping your coffee, or walk 20 minutes to the nearby lakeside resort to splash on the shore, and enjoy the resort pool or have a drink at the bar.
The 2 dogs enjoy walks, and ask to be fed twice daily and to keep their water bowls filled. Keeping the home comfortably clean and occupied, going one block to pay the water bill once in the month and overseeing the weekly housekeeper sessions round out responsibilities. Tele , wifi internet and television are all present. Skype is also in the house.
We are looking for active, non-smoking, mature, responsible sitter(s) with a flexible schedule. If you are already in or near Central America, or want to "test drive" living in Costa Rica, this is a great opportunity.
