Hacienda style home in lovely Mexican village, 35 minutes from Guadalajara Airport and an hour outside of Guadalajara. Ajijic is a Mexican pueblo with cobblestone streets, colorful houses, and flowers tumbling over walls on the largest fresh water lake in Mexico, Lake Chapala. This area is home to many expats who live here full time or come in the winters. Speaking Spanish is not totally necessary but would be useful. My central village location is only a few steps from the lake and pier,main plaza, many galleries, shops and restaurants. Casa Cha Cha is one of a kind "behind the walls" large home with tropical garden, pool, and casita. Two more bedrooms, media room, office, 5 baths, front porch, veranda, fully equipped kitchen, two car garage and one amazing cat. The maid and gardener come three days a week and will do your laundry too. The house also has high speed internet and a Vonage internet phone to call to the States or Canada
