Free rent/utilities for home care.
I am having knee surgery on December 19th. The recovery period is 4-6 months. I am looking for someone to help me out for 6-8 weeks (possibly longer) during my most immobile time.
I can offer your own bedroom utilities included, free parking, gym in the building, free laundry and more. I have a unique living in arrangement in that I work and live in the same building. There would be some simple rules to follow but they are all common sense and I would be happy to go over them in detail.
I am looking for someone to run errands, help me around the apartment, keep the apartment tidy, and cook. I am pretty easy going and make good conversation. I probably will be watching a lot of TV and playing video games (something I usually don't do much of). I am very easy going. I am very flexible and willing to work around what ever work hours you may have.
