House sitter(s) wanted
We are looking for a responsible person or couple who will look after our home with the utmost care while we're away. Non smokers, no pets. The house is easy to maintain it's quite large but has up-to-date amenities. Minimal household upkeep and cleaning. Mail management. Feeding of the wild birds in the garden. No garden maintenance would be needed. Our house is opposite a big park. Walking distance to the forest. Walking distance to village shops, restaurants etc. Walking distance to tram for Brussels. On a bus route for Leuven and other local villages. The house is on three levels (the kitchen and living is on the first floor, the bathroom and bedrooms on the second and third floors) so you would need to be able to manage stairs to stay here. Computer literate for e-mail contact with owners. We do not have any pets to be looked after. Knowledge of French or Flemish language would be an asset.If you think you fit the bill, we'd love to hear from you.
