Two story home in Celebration. 5 miles from Disney, golf course, check out at .celebration.fl.us. Quaint downtown 1.5 miles away, walking and biking trails around the lake and through the woods. You can ride bikes to the farmers market, restaurants or the newly opened grocery store. Two 8 year old golden mix dogs need fed twice a day and walked once a day. Clean up dog waste daily. Lawn and pool maintenance contracted out. A few plants to water and protect if cold snap happens. Looking for mature couple that don't smoke.
