Home sitter need in October to play on the Crystal Coast and take care of our lab and kitty
Our home is located 12 miles north of Beaufort, NC on a mile wide 'creek'. We have a canoe, 2 kayaks,and 2 bikes that can be used to explore the beautiful creeks and marsh areas that surround us.
Our county is called the Crystal Coast because of its beautiful Atlantic beaches.
The town of Beaufort is a small, quaint seaport town with an old historic district, phenomenal restaurants, boutique shopping, an active waterfront and the home of a top class Maritime Museum.
Across the high rise bridge is Morehead City with its History Place. Another bridge crosses Bogue Sound and the ICW and takes you to Atlantic Beach which is full of second homes, Fort Macon restoration and one of the North Carolina's Aquariums. Our home has a master bedroom and bath downstairs, a guestroom upstairs and an office with a hidabed upstairs. We have a fire place in the living room and inviting screened porches for coffee or meals or just hanging out in the hammock. We have a dock that goes out about 250 feet and easy beach access for small boats. It is a very comfortable,casual home.
We have wifi, TVs,an old stereo and lots of 'classic' CDs.
