Home located 5 minutes from Prescott Square famous Whisky Row, 48 miles from Sedona Red Rocks, 90 miles from Phoenix elevation 5804 comfortable weather deer, javelina, quail, birds lots of wildlife in our yard. Have 3 cats one timid stays inside the other 2 go in and out all day but come in early evening. Sitter would check irrigation of landscaping lots of trees very private property keep walkways clean. Easy to hike right out our front door.
