Mid to long term house sitter in northern Spain
Hello,
I am planning on travelling abroad this coming year and a looking for a reliable house sitter for my cute attic in the Old Part of the city of Bilbao in northern Spain.
This would suit someone looking for a mid to long term stay, preferably a student or teacher. I require a rent payment (to be agreed upon after initial contact) as well as payment of electrical bill (I will take care of other utility bills).
I am looking for a quiet, responsible person or couple. The attic is part of a secluded household right bang in the center of the town; it is a very special place. No pet care requirements. Photos available upon request.
