URGENTLY NEEDED OVER XMAS I require a sitter from 10 dec till the 31 Dec 2012.
This is an EMERGENCY SITUATION for me, as an error was made in the booking at the kennels, and as it turned out, they do not have a kennel for her over the xmas holidays. She is a 3 yr old female german shepherd, and is gentle and obedient. She needs love and attention, her daily meals and exercise. She is well trained and good house manners. She is and inside dog, but of couse goes outside also.
I have a beautiful cottage style double story home situated on 10 treed acres with abundant bird and wildlife. It has lovely maintained gardens and trees and a large heated swim spa pool and pergola with bbq area.
There are Stables and a horse on the propery, and trail rides and lessons are available within minutes of the home. There are also 3 cattle which would need hay and water checked daily. The main bedroom is a large upstairs loft style with ensuite and queen bed. There 2 other bedrooms and a large air conditioned sunroom and aa large modern kitchen. WiFi is unlimited and tv and ph available.
The lawns and gardens would also need to be maintained. There is a ride on mower. The pool maintainance is low, and a great way to unwind at the end of the day taking in a moonlight swim. There are a few potted plants that would watered and mail collected daily.
Preston is only a 10 minute drive from Kmart in Toowoomba, which boasts some of the most beatiful parks and gardens, bush walking tracks and a variety of visitor attractions and scenic drives. There are a variety of good restaurants and evening entertainment. This is a retreat like rural setting and offers a great deal of relaxation.
