3 Bedroom Defence House - CBR
My wife and I require a house-sitter for 30 Dec 12 - 6 Dec 13. We live in a very nice 3 Bedroom, DHA house in Franklin, ACT. Has everything you need - Aircon, Master room has a King and ensuite, Queen in Bedroom 2 and a Futon in the study. Fully equipped kitchen with D/W. Large dining room, living room with 42" LCD with blu-ray, platium foxtel and Wii can be setup if you have kids. Main bathroom has shower and a bath, laundry (plenty of linen/towels,etc) double garage (personal car will be in garage with room for one more). Large outdoor table with 4 burner gas BBQ. Lawn will be mowed, garden will only need to be watered once or twice. The reason we're looking for a house-sitter is that we own 3 indoor-only cats and a dog. All well trained. The dog doesn't have to be walked everyday but the park is only across the road and worth a stroll around. If you are interested please contact me via email.
