We are looking for a house sitter to care for our 18 month old cattle dog puppy and to water our pot plants. We live in a great location just 5-6 mins drive from the Brisbane CBD, 3 mins walk to a large parkland area with a creek and sporting grounds.
We live in a 'Queenslander'/colonial style home with large front and back decks, with a hammock and a BBQ to relax with. We have a small backyard which requires very little maintenance.
Short walking distance from our house are cafes, liquor store, bakery, newsagent, post office and some fantastic restaurants including mexican, thai, japanese, chinese and indian foods.
Our house is an ideal place from which to explore Brisbane and the surrounding areas. The beautiful beaches at the sunshine coast and gold coast are only a 1 hour drive away north and south from here, as well as the mountains great for walking in the sunshine and gold coast hinterlands (e.g. Mount Tambourine, Lamington National Park or Maleny/Montville).
