62 acres take care of themselves. 2 older horses, 3 outside dogs, 4 outside cats, 1 inside Timneh parrot who needs some outside of the cage time. 3600 square feet. 4 BR, 3 bath. Workout room with treadmill and bowflex and light free weights. Handy man on near site for problems. About an hour from Austin.
